Spring is characterized as moist, stagnant, heavy, and cold. All these qualities provoke kapha dosha (or the earth and water elements). This manifests within us as congestion, heaviness, sadness, depression, etc.

Join us to enhance energy through warming routines this season. Spring schedule begins on Monday, March 23.

  • moon meditation

    We meet on the weeks of the new and full moon in order to set an intention or express gratitude. Take this opportunity to learn rituals and mantra recitation that align with the moon phase.

  • traditional yoga

    Pop-up, 4/9-5/21; 9:30-10:30 AM drop-in: $27

    This pop-up class encourages you to enhance energy through a yoga routine that accommodates seasonal energetics, and conforms to Swami Sivananda’s class framework.

  • wellness yoga

    By appointment private: $108

    Enjoy a relaxing and reviving practice at your convenience. While the class is personalized to your interest and abilities, we will adhere to seasonal energizing movements.

  • teen time

    By appointment private: $108

    I guide teens down the path of a self-discovery process through ancient Vedic practices while accommodating modern-day concepts of executive functioning. Participants ‘graduate’ with a sense of purpose and the motivation to work toward it.

  • physical fitness

    By appointment private: $108

    A personalized 1-hr. class that combines elements of hatha yoga and fitness training. You can achieve your desired strength, cardio, and flexibility goals by practicing tailored exercises and routines through this unique approach.

    Sat, 5/2; 4:00-6:00 PM rsvp by 4/30

    Nourish all your senses in seasonal colors, aromas, sounds, tastes, and touch. During the week of the full moon, we will pause to express gratitude through a guided meditation. Then we will create a self-care plan to sync with the waning moon cycle.
