Summer is characterized as oily, intense, light, and hot. All these qualities provoke pitta dosha (or the fire and water elements). ‘This manifests within us as skin rashes, heated indigestion, ulcers, irritability, anger, headaches, etc.

Join us to reduce stress and keep cool this season. Summer schedule begins on Monday, August 18.

  • moon yoga

    Mondays, 8/18-9/15; 6:30-7:45 PM 4 classes: $90

    Welcome to a mellow moon practice at the start of the week! Given the late hour, we focus on de-stressing through a combination of breathing and stretching routines. You may stay and join the next session: moon meditation.

  • traditional yoga

    Tues-Thurs, 8/19-9/18; 8:30-10:00 AM 10 classes: $210

    This bi-weekly class encourages you to increase flexibility and strength with a consistent practice that is designed to accommodate seasonal energetics. This class follows Swami Sivananda’s traditional routine.

  • wellness yoga

    Wednesdays, 8/20-9/17; 6:30-7:45 PM 4 classes: $90

    Enjoy a reviving and recharging practice in the middle of the week! While the class is personalized to the group, we attempt to practice a combination of de-stressing and energizing movements. You may join the next session: well-being wish.

  • moon meditation

    Mondays, 8/18, 9/8, & 9/15; 7:45-8:30 PM drop-in: $18

    We meet on the weeks of the new and full moon in order to set an intention or express gratitude for areas of fulfillment in our lives. Take this opportunity to learn mantra recitation that aligns with the moon phase.

  • well-being wish

    Wednesday, 8/27, 7:45-8:30 PM drop-in: $18

    Experience guided visualization during ‘Yoga Nidra’. Bring a comfortable pillow and blanket so that you can relinquish control during this deep state of rest and relaxation. Toward the end, you will surrender your ‘well-being wish’ for manifestation.

    Fridays, 8:00-11:00 AM by appointment: $108

    A personalized class that combines elements of hatha yoga and fitness training. You can achieve your desired strength, cardio, and flexibility goals by practicing tailored exercises and routines.
