We meet on the weeks of the new and full moon in order to set an intention or express gratitude. Take this opportunity to learn mantra recitation that aligns with the moon phase.

This bi-weekly class allows teens to discover peace within themselves through Vedic practices that accommodate seasonal energetics and concepts of executive functioning.

Enjoy a reviving and recharging 1 & ½ hr. practice in the middle of the week! While the class is personalized to the group, we practice a combination of de-stressing and energizing movements.

Mon, 9/22-12/1; 6:30-7:30 PM drop-in: $18
Experience guided visualization during ‘Yoga Nidra’ on 1st Mondays. Bring a comfortable pillow and blanket so that you can relinquish control during this deep state of rest and relaxation. Toward the end, you will surrender your ‘well-being wish’ for manifestation.
